My spouse and I have had a Sidmar water massage table for over 18 years (since July 2007). This device is invaluable for back pain and therapeutic treatments. It has also been an extremely durable machine requiring no repairs during the entire time that we have owned it. I highly recommend this table to any therapy center as well as individual owners. HOLY COW! I just got off the phone with your guy Joe (25 years plus at the company). HE IS A ROCK STAR! Give the man a raise!
I bought a used table from a chiropractor going out of business and moving out of town back in 2021. Was purchasing it to put in my unfinished basement after I got it finished . . . long story short, it’s been two years.
I tried to get it up and rolling last night and it DOESN’T work and I was so disappointed!
Called in at 4:53 and Joe answered and talked me through all the things to trouble shoot it and he spent almost 45 minutes on the phone giving me all the ideas to try tonight when I get home from work.
I am in the service industry and Joe just won the Olympic Gold Medal for customer service and representing the company. He didn’t tell me if he’s the owner, but if he is – kudos to you JOE! If he isn’t – good gravy you are lucky to have a guy of that level of care, service, kindness etc on your team. He just demonstrated character to me the kind that is missing in America today of doing your job well and caring for each person regardless of how much money you earned today and “after the sale” service that no one does anymore on a unit purchased in 2011.
I am so please and impressed even though my table isn’t yet working!!!
Please give the man a raise! I mean it!
