Get Them On The Table—Introducing Hydromassage to Your Clients
Introductory Letter — Mail this letter to your existing list of patients. It explains why you have added hydromassage to your business and how the service helps the client feel better. The draw is you are offering them a 15 minute session free of charge.

In-House Suggestive Selling — Every patient that comes in should be introduced to hydromassage. Things that can be said include:
- “Included in your treatment today is a complimentary hydromassage.”
- “Have you tried the hydromassage table yet?”
- “I’m running a little long with a previous client, please enjoy a hydromassage on me.”
Spread the Word Marketing with Reward Cards
Every patient that uses the table should get a Reward a Friend card. The best new customers usually come from referrals of existing patients and people trust their family and freinds. Tell each person that uses the tables “If you know someone that could benefit from hydromassage, take a card as a special gift from you. We will give them a free 15 minute hydromassage.” When redeemed, you know who to thank for the referral. Maybe a free hydromassage is in order for the kind referral!

Explain It
Hydromassage Hand-Out by the Table — These brochures and flyers help explain the benefits of hydromassage to your patients. Flyers can be printed on any 8.5 x 11 paper. For the tri-fold brochure, we recommend printing on Avery Matte Tri-Fold Brochure paper. The brochure was created using the Avery template 8324 with no printing to the edge.

Menu Description — This is brief description of hydromassage for inclusion in your “menu of services”. Copy and paste the text below to add it to any of your existing documents.

This “hands off” therapy massages your back, neck and shoulders without anyone ever touching you. You don’t get undressed and there are no oils or lotions used. You simply lie back onto a water-filled mattress and a series of spa jets direct streams of warm water against your body. The rhythmic action of the jets helps loosen tight muscles and promotes an overall feeling of relaxation.

Sell It
Once your patient has tried the hydromassage, sell them a package when they get up from their treatment. Give them choices. We have membership cards, coupons, punch cards and gift certificates available for download.
Package and Pricing Ideas
By-The-Minute — Sell them time on the tables for say $1 per min.
By-The-Session/Treatment — Sell time on the tables at a set fee for a set time period like a “Quick-Fix” (15 min) for $15 or a “Half-Hour Soother” for $30.
Add-On to High End Packages — Use hydromassage as an added benefit for patients that upgrade to one of your more expensive treatment packages. You can give it as a free bonus or sell it at a discounted price.
Punch Cards — Sell prepaid punch cards which offer increasingly discounted prices as they buy more sessions. Examples would be; 4 treatments for $50, 10 treatments for $100, 20 treatments for $150. You can customize the prices to fit your fee structure.

Hydromassage Membership Card — Sell unlimited packages using membership cards. Create pricing based on a time commitment. Examples would be; $40/month gets unlimited massages with a 6 month membership, $30/month gets unlimited massages with a 12 month membership. You can manage access by requiring appointments.

The Ultimate Add-On — Sell hydromassage to every patient you see. Example statements could be; “Would you like a 10 minute Hydromassage today for $10?”, “Every hot stone treatment in May gets a 15 minute hydromassage prior to treatment for only $8.” Use your imagination and fit hydromassage into your list of services.
Gift Certificates — These certificates are available for patients to buy hydromassage as a gift. This is a great way to promote hydromassage in your business.
